Permitted Use

• Databases must be used legally and ethically
• No reselling of databases
• No use for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• No adult content distribution
• No terrorist activities

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use data for scamming
• Send unsolicited communications
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Share access credentials
• Redistribute databases

Delivery

• Delivery within 30 minutes of payment confirmation
• Provided via secure drive link
• Available in Excel, CSV, or Google Sheet format

Payment

• All prices in Indian Rupees
• Payment through UPI or card
• All sales are final

Intellectual Property

• All databases remain our intellectual property
• License for intended business use only
• No transfer of ownership rights

Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

• Misuse of data
• Third-party claims
• Consequential damages
• Data accuracy guarantees
